This is what could be called a "documentary" semi pirate boxed set, with many of the tracks being the legitimate releases with voiceover by 
either one of The Beatles or a close associate (George Martin, Neil Aspinall etc) over the introduction to the song. A number of tracks
have the starts / ends clipped. The tracks that are not legitimate releases are either from things like the Ed Sullivan Show or other more
similar sources. There is certainly nothing that could be termed rare here.
