This page shows the CD Singles in the original vinyl order of issue
with cover scans for both the 5 inch and 3 inch CD formats, plus other
CD singles that are not included in the box.
Interestingly there are artwork differences between the two CD
formats, the most noticeable of these being the front cover of Hey Jude.
The 3 inch media seems to have attracted more input from EMI than the 5
inch counterparts as these have fold out covers, which normally show
another picture.
